Getting Ready
One of the coolest features of “The Oceanview of Nahant” is its VIP suite. Huge room, private restroom, floor-to-ceiling mirrors, storage for personal belongings, etc. As far as we know you can’t go through the whole getting process there, but it’s perfect for final touchups, some staged getting-ready shots, and of course for relaxing before the showtime and right after it.
For most of the getting ready process, you will need to stay at your place (if you are a local North Shore couple) or at hotels nearby. There are no hotels in Nahant, except a few local Airbnb’s. But Revere and Salem have a lot of options for every budget.
Many grooms aren’t too happy about getting ready photos, so “The Oceanview of Nahant” offers enough options and plenty of natural light for a quick 10-minute session with a groom and his parents or best man, and it easily adds couple dozen of beautiful photos to the final gallery.
Ceremony

Big room, closets, bathroom, it's all there. The suite is perfectly staged.
Options for your photographer are limitless. There are mirrors, benches, and chairs. No source of natural light though, so make sure your photographer is aware of it.
Grooms getting ready at Oceanview of Nahant: Literally, every stair or corner or window can be used for groom's photos
Many grooms aren't happy about getting ready photos but at this venue, we need about 10-15 minutes for EVERYTHING
The amount of natural light is outstanding.

They thought it all through. Rustic doors, wooden stairs, and .. custom swings. Your portrait session will be awesome!
The venue surrounded by so many beautiful locations, you don't have to run or drive anywhere.
The ballroom with coastal touches features beamed ceiling, fireplace, custom chairs, wood molded mirror wall and dark herringbone flooring.

With proper uplighting ball room looks just magical.
